excellent stay!
comfortable furniture dietary choices convenient transportation
The rooms are spacious. The furniture is very comfortable. new dishes were offered daily at breakfast. There were many choices for dietary preferences. the hotel is near bus, tram t5 line, and ayvansaray ferry stop. It was simple to get to destinations.
basic coffee in the room included only two sachets per day, and there was no dressing robe.

helpful staff accessible elevator family room clean room
The staff was helpful and attentive. I LOVED the garage. It was very accessible with an elevator. The big family room had two bedrooms plus a balcony. Everything felt very clean. The tram stop near the hotel made getting around simple.
I found there were not any restaurants nearby so I mostly ate at the hotel.

The underground parking area is spacious and easy to use. There is a tram stop close. A spa is on the premises TOO!

The room was large with a VERY comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was elegant and big. I LOVED the shower. It was large and nice.

The front desk staff was hospitable and friendly. Mr Shams was particularly helpful. Other staff members were ready to support any requests. That's AMAZING!
